You ever thought about what would happen if a legislature ever passed that text as law? It would be tossed out as vague and meaningless by the first court it hit and no appeal would succeed. Use Silicon Investor for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortuous ("tortious" or whatever -- you know what we mean), improper or otherwise objectionable. Think about that. If you can't come up with at least 10 clear problems there, you flunk. cut the guy some slack. Post a few stock related messages on other boards and this whole conversation is moot. How about "Galapagos Islands"? :-)
