G The city officials are investigating whether or not the rabbi transmitted the herpes virus during the Jewish circumcision ritual of sucking the blood from the penis. They are not invetigating whether or not the ritual is true. The Jewish ritual of circumcisiom by sucking blook from the circumcised penis of a baby is fact.
