Greetings Olivier!

I bought puts last week on Earning announcement day for a quick scalp but as I dug deeper into the story. I started to get real excited by what I found. The Time Warner is another piece of the puzzle here but didn't I read that those shares are still in lockup? When they are unlocked is an important piece of info. Does anybody know for sure? Odds are good it will be Feb 14 also as that is the latest date I've seen for any shares to be unlocked.

Also take a look at the put option open interest There are more calls sold at 195, 200, 210 and 220 than puts at those strike prices. So the MAx pain point is 195. That means we have the money guys who sell puts and calls working for us also. At least not against us.
iqauto.com Just put in Goog and Feb

This is as perfect a scenario as I've ever come accross (That's why it scares me so) We only have to pay for 2 weeks of option time value on the puts, we had excellent earnings boost the stock for lower put option entry points.

I'm looking at buying Feb in the money Puts and selling later month way out of the money puts at lower strikes to purchase the Feb puts and offset my risk if the trade doesn't work out the out of the money puts will drop a bit in value also. thus lowering any potential losses.

Any criticism of my strategy will be welcomed.

I have never owned any Google but after this trade I will be happily buying a few hundred shares at much lower valuations as the company does seem to have a great deal on the ball.

Cheers
