I GOT A QUESTION: How is it you brag about and are so proud of all the industry you are stealing from CA AND at the same time complain about the population growth there? You DON'T GET one without the other, you know!

Chris, I know exactly what you mean and can empathize. Dang Califernions commin' over here and tryin' ter ruinin' thangs, just as they have done in California. I say, if you want California, STAY in California. Don't come over here and mess with paradise. Precisely. We get them coming up here to the Islands because it's such a beautiful place and they haven't been here a month before they're trying to Californize it. Monster glass houses instead of the modest cedar shingle houses that give the island its ambiance, expensive cars instead of good old island cars, then of course they need tax dollars spent to get the nice twisty bumpy roads improved so their fancy cars can speed along so they don't have to look at the scenery, and on and on. They ruined one place, but I guess that wasn't enough for them -- they've got to go ruin yours and mine. Alaska, look out, like the swarms of locusts, they're on their way.
