Stefaan,

I bought RIO.P because for $5 (or 20%) less, I get the same yield.

It appears to me the proposed 2005 dividend for RIO-P shall be 13.6%

Or, buy the slightly more expensive RIO, yield is 11.6%

A couple of years ago RIO-P and RIO traded at the same price. Since I think there is a chance that will happen again (especially since a special dividend declaration would only go to the P's, spiking them) I will own the P's. In that case, yes, they have similar upside to the Berkshire B's.
