No kidding, eh? Probably not a bad bet. I'm not much into sector rotation though. I feel that sector timing is almost the same thing as stock timing. Timing in general is speculative, which is one of the main reasons why investors perform poorly. A better approach is to recognize that real estate should be a portion of anyone's portfolio for the long term, and keep the allocation constant by rebalancing at least yearly. JMO. :)
