OH god. That is a classic chart of free fall after a parabolic high.

Yes...I made $ at various times on JDSU and then Teresa Lo who doesn't post here anymore did a chart for me. At that time I had sold puts and they were sitting there and it was in the 60s and I was thinking of getting out but they were moderately underwater. And she analyzed the chart and said look free fall below. And I looked at the chart and it looked like you could jump off a cliff and fall forever so I bought them back the next day. Thank God. JDSU went on to plummet into the 30s and people thought it couldn't go lower than that...

Edit: I am of 2 minds about ta though. In a way, one can say it shows fundamentals...psychology, and fundamentals, are written all over price and volume...

ANd yet, for instance terry's analysis of droopy...is all true except, if the rand gets revalued, that will change everything. Droopy is losing $ not because its mining operations are lousy but because of the price of the rand. So that is a bigger picture thing, how does one factor that in?
