I could be wrong, but I believe Nevada prostitutes work as independent contractors or statutory employees and are therefore not eligible for Workmen's Compensation That would make sense. One test for whether someone is an employee vs. an independent contractor is whether the person doing the hiring has the right to direct the manner in which the services are provided. I'd think most prostitutes would object to having someone tell them how to do their jobs. <ggg>
