"What "false" reason did we go to war for?"

Either one of Iraq's biological, chemical and nuclear capabilities were said to pose an imminent threat to the security of the United States, when, in fact, they did not. The President did not say we're going to war to free the Iraqis from oppression. It was called a pre-emptive strike to protect the nation from harm.
