No need to be guide by fear MQ! China needs trade and trader nation aren't war like. Rule whom? Africa? LATAM? Countries risking being ruled are only countries that kow tow to the great powers... After kow towing to one, they see the next coming and are uneasy. The countries that have never pulled their trousers down to other powers aren't afraid of any new power. Let them come! we'll deal with them. Let the Chinese collect all that moolah so that we keep selling them soy beans and iron ore...
