The only Arabs harassing Israel are the Palestinians. They want their freedom and Sharon refuses to give it to them. This is a bit simplistic. The Palestinians DO want more than just their freedom. If you listen you will never hear a Palestinian spokesperson say we want to live side by side with Israel in peace, and I think that is because the Palestinians are holding out for the ideal of a "Palestine" that encompasses both the pre-1967 lands of Israel and the occupied territories (this is the "right of return" issue that killed the Oslo agreement in 2000). Its an idealistic compromise, it is a very American ideal (Israelis and Palestinians share all the land as equals), but it negates the idea of a "Jewish" homeland, so it is quite a problem (for the stakeholders).
