The House of Saud considers a 20% shakedown, a 20% corruption of commerce, 20% bribes to be their asking price. And they've grotesquely enriched their own family thereby.

If you were honest (a stretch), you'd have to admit that the Saud Family are the largest bunch of thieves in Arabia.
