The Union of Othodox Rabbis administers the Kosher requirement and the talmudic rituals of modern Judaism. Like circumcision, the Kosher requirement are carefully monitored by the Orhtodox Union of Rabbis and almoust every major coroporation in America is forced to millions of dollars to these rabbis to determine what is Kosher and non-Kosher. If the rabbis detemine that a food or product is Kosher, the corporation can put the K or circle U on its' products. Very very few Jews follow the Kosher laws in America, but still the Union of Orthodox Rabbis imposes their Kosher non-sense on not only the Jews but the entire population of the US. Same with the perverse talmudic practive of circumcision.
