GV, people at MS and Csco sure seem motivated.

Microsoft certainly produced a rather large one-time dividend - it's probably appropriate if they continue to distribute cash after it piles up again.

On a different note, a contact of mine I know through dancing said Google has hip hop dancing at their company. A good idea.

The secrecy desired by Google's management team is a bit archaic and old school, possibly a tad authoritarian too like a dictatorship govt in this one regard. It's interesting they assume word doesn't get out. Most VCs will tell you, always assume the competition knows what you're doing, which I think is a better assumption.

Regards,
Amy J
