One of my kids is a close friend of a kid one of the early engineers at Google, but I have no idea what they are doing (other than building a very big house). He was so early that he got ISO's and bought his stock years ago. My impression is that they aren't selling much, and he's certainly still at the company. The other people I know fairly well are people that joined when there were hundreds of employees already. Their stock is worth a few million, but they are also people that have been around the valley long enough that this isn't everything they have, so they aren't under big pressure about selling. I'm not sure what I'd do if I was a kid right out of school and could sell out now for a million.

Google has been providing financial planning seminars for the employees, though.
