"The problem is that politicians have not reduced their spending." Yes, that is TRUE. But I see TWO problems, the above and the fact that they have UTTERLY failed over the years to reform our corrupted, needlessly complex and unfair tax codes... the very cost of compliance each year is between $200 & $300 Billion dollars. Just the COMPLIANCE costs are a HUGE drag on our economy... not to even mention the countless 'special tax preference items', the corporate and private welfare programs, the waste fraud and abuse....
