will encourage more and more longer term financing. I would imagine homeowners will do the same thing, get rid of ARMS and go for 7,10 ARMS, or 15 and 30 year fixed. Maybe that's the masterplan now, about the only escape I can think of? Get everyone in America, fixed rate financed and scam the Asians with the Old Maid Cards.
