I think you will find that Strat's management uses Nutmeg very effectively as an interim bridge to simply get to Point-B, where funding from larger sources will replace this first effort. And, that will most likely happen long before the extents of this agreement are reached. A $20MM defacto line-of-credit isn't too shabby for a no-name 'Stinkie-Pinkie' that no one has ever heard about -- don't you think...!?! Hence, the toxicity (..more on the level of the tartness hand-squeezed $0.05 lemonade..) may only be a figment of your seemingly fertile imagination. ..Watch and see. So far, it's only a 6-Bagger for the current group of longs. ...That will probably change tomorrow, though. (..Tee hee...) John :-) .
