yah, maybe they are...so far they have been, thats for sure..

At least they let poor little me a good deal on the rents. Those rent rents have been going down even, especially considering the incentives! So if I can't get rich with them, at least they are nice enough to allow me to live near them and pay them a rent.

Not sure how they are covering the cost of their investments with their tiny rents they charge. I guess they are just being nice and practicing 'trickle down economics'... :)
