It has come down from about $28 in January 2004. That has to be enough for people to have thrown in the towel...given that Nasdaq itself has done OK.
Not much in fund flows into tech mutual funds in the past year...a general bearishness on technology.(only about 2 weeks in 2004 had inflows into tech funds).

Might be an idea to just buy cheap March calls. If it works out great; if not, not much of a loss.
