Tom, bubbles don't give anyone notice on when they are going to pop, just ask NT, CSCO, SUNW, and all of the darlings of years past. Personally, I am surprised TOL is not up more than what it is now, 1.55, after being up 2.50 earlier on today. Last quarter the sucker jumped nearly 10 points. This tells me that the news is baked in. I am looking at a post that shows declining order numbers and cancellations. I think that is key to monitoring the health of the stock. I'll let you know what I learn after doing my own dd. I added more puts this morning.

Best regards,

EDIT: Now trading below the gap up open. Could this be a good omen if it closes there, from a technical perspective?
