They aren't really arguing that life on Earth was created by little pink space bunnies or little green Martians I can buy the "little pink space bunnies" argument, on principle. :) Derek

They are just saying it is created without specifics as to who, why, or how. This not only isn't "establishment of religion" (esp. if it isn't taught as conclusive proof") but it isn't even something that breaches the "wall of separation between Church and State" from Jefferson letters (but not from the Constitution). Its presented as a scientific theory about the origin of the universe. It has pretty much no evidence. That precisely fits the definition of pseudo-science. Of course I would not advocate teaching pseudo science. If your going to teach about God in school it probably would be better to just teach religion. (At least if it is a private school or a school in a country without an establishment clause). Tim
