I suppose that he means that it cuts back on care for the needy. Which seems to me a plausible view of Christian morality.

Are you not getting a little tired of the likes of Reid, Kennedy, Pelosi and others IMMEDIATELY attacking anything Pres. Bush presents rather than working together to build OUR NATION? The problem with these democrat leaders is that they are DEMOCRATS NOT AMERICANS. Any of you old enough to go back to EVEN THE 50'S AND 60'S know it wasnt always this way. The election is OVER, its time these people represent US and NOT THEIR PARTY. jdn
