Not familiar with Kerry's proposal there, but that sounds awfully familiar with what we tried to do with North Korea.

Yes, exactly. Kerry wanted to control the fuel, so that we could ensure Iran wouldn't do anything nefarious with it. I thought that was a good idea. You notice how quickly Iran said they would never agree to Kerry's plan? It's more evidence that Iran is not negotiating in good faith. They have every intention of building a bomb.
