I hope everyone here knows that at Amazon, you can buy the book used for very, very much less than new just by clicking on the appropriate button and seeing what all the independent book sellers are offering. I was able to buy a hardcover copy of this book in like new condition but with an inscription inside, for $3.45 plus shipping, under seven dollars altogether. Amazon guarantees that the used book will be as described, or they will refund what you paid for it, so it is a really wonderful and reliable service for people who love books more than they can really afford to.
