The bureaucracy is still running things. I noticed the comment about the planes being in the control of "Pilots" in the USA. They really mean it. The people controlling the drones have to be Air Force pilots. No savvy enlisted types who have been doing this kind of computer control since they were kids. Hey, the Air Force has to find something for their Pilots to do! :>)
