The problem is he made inflammatory charges without being able to back them up with any documentation. This is especially a problem for his employers since they are struggling with a little problem of credibility - which is a critical prerequisite for their business success.

What is the charge? I'd go with "slander." 1. Law. Oral communication of false statements injurious to a person's reputation. 2. A false and malicious statement or report about someone. If the US military is doing what Eason says they are, that's a crime, up there with Abu Ghriab (sp). It's a very serious charge, and he's made it more than once. He has not produced any evidence of any such thing, either.

Much easier to just roll your eyes and throw it back at me I won't take the time and don't have the inclination to debate what is an obvious major slander. I am glad to see others have stepped up to do so. Go round and round with them. :>)

Without offering specific proof, it is slander. But could it/CNN/Jordan be an accomplice to murder as well? Are there any within the sound of CNN's output that think/believe Jordan is correct, and those people within earshot think they can "take out the murdering US military".....then is it murder? How much did CNN and it's voice (anti-American voice, from some of the articles I saw and noted last night here) cause the terrorists at all levels to plan and execute 9-11?
