I really think there's a glitch in the ignore feature. Before I turned it off the first time I had people on ignore that I never even knew. It wasn't something I did because everything was fine when I went to bed at night, but everyone was on ignore when I logged on the next morning. I'm probably not the only person this has happened to. I'm assuming people have me on ignore and don't even know it. It's either that or maybe I really am that despicable!
