I think the money would be better spent with an orange juice and chicken soup benefit...(personally i could care less)....But u got to remember that is 720 billion over 10 years.....WHY NOT POINT THE TELESCOPE AT THE 466 BILLION IN ONE YEAR OF DEFENSE SPENDING....ASK THAT #$%$%^$#% BUSH SCOUNDREL ABOUT THAT.....
