And humping is a sign of dominance - my larger dog humps the smaller who humps one of the cats.

Our dogs are all females between 8 & 10 yrs old, a min pincher, a min dachsund, and a std dachsund who is not very much larger than the min.

I'll bet the humpee cat is thrilled about that.
