Reread my post that lists the definitions of bankruptcy and insolvency. Those definitions directly refute your assertion.

I think people toss around the term lie to easily in forums like this. I'm not really targeting the comment at you, people from all sides of the political arena do it, its possible I may have done it myself.

"Imprecise usage" doesn't equal "clear mistake" which itself doesn't equal "deliberate lie".

Its obvious we are not talking about a formal filing of bankruptcy with a hearing in from of a bankruptcy court. The term "bankruptcy" was used to mean running out of money, and it was used something like "with no changes the system will be bankrupt"
