RDW, White Wolf vodka is my choice. Cheapest stuff around. I guess I should say that if I say that, I am all but laughed and scorned out of the cocktail party room, so I don't say it very often. As for red wine? I favor the Cabs, Merlots, and Zins. Vineyards and vintages are variable. I just thought of another thing I miss about California--Wine Country, the Napa and Sonoma vineyards and their wine-tasting rooms. Dang! - Holly
