I don't see why I would turn down a job. I would be concerned about what I could do as well (even though the main reason for taking it would be what I could get), and I would try my best, but lacking experience I would probably not be qualified, which in turn would mean that the number 2 guy would probably make most of the decisions, particuarly at first. I think most people would act the same as I would if offered the job. Tim
