Post their numbers. I'm not going to do your homework for you. However, if their net worth is less than zero and their cash flows are negative, then by the definition of bankruptcy and insolvency, they are both. And by the way, they aren't my definitions. They come from the dictionary.

So your argument relies on your opinion and mine relies on definitions from the dictionary. Your ability to debate based on facts is coming into question.
