There was an article in the WSJ today in which the $1,100,000 that Benon Sevan emboweled was own to $160,000 in direct receipts. The rest of the million apparently went to the former UN President B B Ghali (at Sevan' insistence). Ghali was removed for his embezzlement from the UN and the second term of an 8 year rotation fro Africa was filled in by Kofi Annon. Oops then the junior fraudmeister made the 8 year rotation a 12 year turn for embezzlement from the UN.
