Apparently you weren't around when Clinton sent Carter to straighten it out in NK in the early 90's. Or maybe you just fell off the turnip truck.

I was around all right, and turnips weren't grown where I lived then. I was around also when bush came to power. I could see the enlightment of his foreign policy of name calling and open threats from the very start.
