You've had some interesting moves. I enjoyed reading them. We took our dog camping couple weeks ago for first time. By the time we went into our tent to sleep it was late and cold. At first dog didnt want to go into the tent, so I go in first and call him while wife pushes. So he HOPS in the tent and RIGHT INTO MY WIFES sleeping bag and WONT COME OUT. hehe. Eventually my wife squeezed in too, and you know, they didnt get up till past 8:00am next day and that damn dog NEVER MOVED the whole time. jdn

A real disaster here. What happened to airlines taking care of the dogs for you.

Flew our mixed mutt across country several times----never had to build our own cage.

And, the dog road in the cargo section of the plane.

OT

John, I know that dog breeders ship their dogs with abandon. I don't think I could ever bring myself to put a dog in an airplane's cargo hold. Just couldn't do it. - Holly
