If you don't maintain the proper Chianti-to-gasoline mixture in a "..Moto Goosey..", it won't smell like a Domino's pepperoni pizza when you pass people - check the Owner's Manual...!!! That's the thing I liked about my Kowalski GPz1100s. You could tell that it was time to go in for an injector cleaning if the exhaust started to smell like stale Saki and burnt rice - or you heard "..Ah, so.." coming from the airbox when you throttled-off...!!! Looking forward to riding my new VRod with you this Summer. Everyone needs to own at least 1 'Hardley-Puttzalong', aye. :-) .

You out to sell the Guzzi now, and put the money in SPRL. Then you'll be able to do 'cash' for the new Yammer-n'-Stammer, plus get a trailer to haul it home on from Bish's..... :-) .

The cops in Ft Lauderdale swapped out a lot of their Hawgs for Moto Guzzi's as I recall, but the officers I talked to weren't real thrilled about it. I was wondering why you got a Guzzi instead of a Ducati..?!? I worked on a project with a Norwegian/Canadian guy at Tetra-Rex in Buffalo Grove (north Chicago) who had a cafe-styled 'Duke' that would make the ground shake. And, they seem to kick tushy in the big-bore GP races on TV. I still like the megaKowalski's on a set of Metzlers if you want to go to *"..LUDICROUS SPEED.."* out in the middle of West Noplace.... ..I guess they are even faster now, but my GPz would tickle the underside of 170mph on that stretch of I-25 heading north from Ft. Collins, CO to Cheyenne, WY (..at 5000'-to-6000'+ above MSL..). mapquest.com "..Not too shabby.." for a scooter you can also ride to work every day...!!! John :-) .
