Let's do both! Then we can again lower the tax rate on the top 5% of earners, and that will trickle down to the rest of us!

Of course you would disqualify (WAG) 20% of families from home ownership. Small price to pay for the benefit of the "filthy" rich.

Actually it was 1996 when Clinton signed the biggest tax cut in history. The results were just selayed a few years because of the money going into the dot coms.
