Thanks. Interesting... there is quite a difference between the 200 ema now and the 200 sma. The lower BB rail is at $36.37 and the 200 sma is a bit below at $36.24.

But the 200 ema is at $37.14, or $0.90 higher than the 200 sma. That difference is 2.5%.

I agree yesterday's candle suggests a bit of upside next in QQQQ. The short-term market internals give a mixed picture. Volume patterns favor continued downside.

QQQQ dipped below $37 in early trading after gapping down moderately, but at the moment is trading right at $37.

It seems clear that the medium term correction cannot end here, so I think regardless of what happens in today's session, it is virtually inevitable that QQQQ descend significantly further, probably to the 200 sma at $36.24, and perhaps further down to chart support at $35.00.
