My view is that social taboos are more effective than laws in such matters. Unfortunately there are many who take the stance that if it's not illegal, it's perfectly alright.

No test is 100% perfect, of course... which is why I presented several --- to average out any biases or inaccuracies that the individual tests may contain --- and asked you to suggest your own.
