Again bankruptcy = when liabilities exceeds MARKET VALUE of assets. Do you understand the difference between MARKET VALUE and book value?

You said you did, but here you post the book value numbers again. Can you repost the market value numbers? When you posted those, you said market value of Qwest's assets were greater than liabilities. If that is the case, then they are not bankrupt.
