It cleans up a lot of these crack houses too.>> This wasn't a crack house, no drugs were on the property while he owned it. When the county took ownership the place was crawling with drugs. A neighbor to that house told me there were 4 garbage bags full of drugs being stored there. I called a policeman friend and mentioned this and he took it to the detectives who didn't care.
