Yeah. I really don't see the great issue here at all. The leftist media do not have the authority to declare who is a valid reporter and who is not. If Helen Thomas got credentials then everyone should get them.

" 'Gannon' did use his real name to get cleared."

(But a FAKE name in the Presidential Press conference.)

"there's no evidence that he's a gay prostitute (and you ought to know better than to make such scurrilous charges)"

Just REPEATING what the NY Post article said: The New York Daily News' story on Thursday carried the headline, "Bush press pal quits over gay prostie link."

Other media outlets also reported: 'connecting Gannon to sexual Web sites such as HotMilitaryStud.com... militaryescorts.com... and militaryescortsm4m.com, were registered to the same owner as Gannon's personal Web site.' "The bloggers," Kurtz writes today, "also have linked to a since-withdrawn America Online photo of a man who appears to be Gannon, posing in his underwear, with a screen name bearing the initials 'JDG.'"

Sure sounds a little 'out there' to me! What do YOU think those gay 'escort services' are?

"and there is no evidence that he is not employed by Talon as a reporter."

Sure he's NO LONGER EMPLOYED there... Talon has 'released him', removed his bio from their Web site, and is looking for another columnist to hire, they say.
