Jim, Thanks for the head's up on The Silicon Eye, and a belated welcome to the thread. I notice from your previous posts that you have been following Qualcomm quite closely. The mobile phone market is obviously an area in which much of Synaptics' present R&D is focused. So your backround and experience in that area should serve you well as you follow Synaptics. I have three of Gilder's books on my bookshelf: Microcosm, Telecosm and Life After Television. Enjoyed reading all of them and investing in the Telecosm occasionally, although it has certainly been a bumpy ride. I'd like to hear more about your investment experience and whether you have a position in SYNA presently. All my investments get posted on the Full Disclosure thread: Subject 52720 on close to a real-time basis. Sam
