You famailiar with Neocon? Pretty reasonable, polite guy overall. What do you think of this?
finance.messages.yahoo.com

Neo died this week in his sleep of a heart attack. At 48.

Know something? If one of your boys, even Duray or sylvestot80, were to die, I can't see that I would go after them like that. For one thing, I wouldn't want the widow to see that. What's the use of inflicting punishment on her? She did nothing.

Regarding GOPwinger mistakes? I don't think it's a matter of making mistakes. We all do that. But I think one mistake is to attempt to legislate morality, something Republicans seem very willing and very wanting to do. To do this they must pretend to be who they are not. And to this? Hey, I object!
So do I. And I wish the **** they'd get out of my party and give it back.

But you talk like I had a choice of GWB and ANTONE ELSE in the last election. I didn't. I had a choice of GWB and John Fraud Kerry. As Napoleon Hill said, "work with whatever tools you may have at your command".

"But I think one mistake is to attempt to legislate morality, something Republicans seem very willing and very wanting to do."

I see this comment so much that it almost gets by me without thinking. Today I thought about it. Morality, according to the dictionary is "of or relating to principles of right and wrong in behavior."

That is certainly the business of a legislature. The tone of the comment, however, implies something more of a religious lean into morality than what would be commonly sensible without religious context. Is that right?

If not what do you mean when you post that comment that has become so common? What specifically are you referring to by "one mistake"?
