This flurry of Zwebner lawsuits reminds me of the finale of a fireworks show. In other words, it's the beginning of the end for him, IMO, because I think it's a good bet that Lycos will be successful in winning sanctions against him and his attorney. If I were a John Doe, I'd immediately file for sanctions as well, using the Lycos ruling as evidence Zwebner was a vexatious litigant. Considering Zwebner "won" $1M against Gary Dobry back in mid 2000, the bar for compensation might ironically have been raised quite high.
