We've done that on this thread. It's just not reflected in the official "Unified Budget".

Reason #1, they are not in power. But the real reason is that they are just as complicit as the Republicans in the sham that is the fed budget.

What do you think of the Bush admin separating most of the costs of the Iraq occupation out of the General Budget, and into special appropriations? Or the lies about the cost of the prescription drug benefit?

It's government accounting by Enron standards.
