Re: I feel N. Korea is more of an irritant to the US than an object of desire, like Iran is. So I don't think there will be any military stuff there.

North Korea a mere "irritant"? Let me clue you in on North Korea's role in the whole scheme of things: North Korea is used by China the same way Israel is by the US --a "wild proxy". The veiled message that's conveyed by North Korea is pretty simple: don't mess with Iran or... we might smuggle a mininuke into some South/Central American banana republic, hire some cocaine lord to transfer it by road/air to some major US city and.... Get the picture? It's gonna be a tough job for US sleuths to trace back the whole chain: arresting the latino "mules" that brought the deadly device across the Rio Grande? Next, arresting the bigwig, the "Pablo Escobar" who accepted the job from the North Koreans? Next? Nuking North Korea? But they'll retaliate on Japan... It's time for the crazy yanks to understand that they no longer stand safely under the bleachers: Iran won't be like Iraq --a CNN Live show... The US homeland and/or Europe and Japan will all fetch up on the battleground... everybody will get a "piece of the action".
