"I believe we are now in the time of sorrows"

That's what the dispensational theorists thought when Hitler came to power. He was thought to be the antichrist although that word is not found in Revelation to my knowledge. False prophets like Hal Lindsay and Jack Van Impe have been setting dates for years going back to the 70s and 80s. Of course they overlook over 100 verses in the New Testament to come to that sorry conclusion. Christ warned about these wolves.

Everybody wants to be raptured but nobody wants to die!

Of course someone has to rebuild the Temple, institute animal sacrifices and kill off all those Zionists before these false suppositions can come true.

James

Sidney, There have been other times in history where men were sure the end of the world was at hand, but it didn't happen. If one lives his life as if the event is pending, he not only will have grace, but will be willing to die for his belief in Jesus Christ. IMO, it would be much better to die in the service of Christ, than be one of the minions of the antichrist.
